Draft Tier II Analysis of Forest Practices Board's draft rule

The Department of Ecology is accepting comments on the draft Tier II analysis of the Forest Practice Board's proposed a draft rule. The Board's proposed buffer rule is to reduce warming in non-fish bearing perennial streams in western Washington. Ecology has the responsibility to determine whether the Board’s proposed rule will protect water quality.
