Puget Sound Nutrient Reduction Draft Plan

The draft Nutrient Reduction Plan outlines our strategy to restore dissolved oxygen levels and meet water quality standards in Puget Sound by 2050. It maps out Ecology and partners’ efforts to reduce nutrients and monitor progress over the next 25 years.

We welcome feedback on the targets set by the plan, ideas on other reduction scenarios that could meet state water quality goals, the milestones in the plan, how model outputs are evaluated and used, and any other innovative ideas to address impairments and meet water quality standards.
